Client Diversion List Screen 

Information about a Diversion record is shared with other Service Providers, but is owned by the Service Provider that recorded the Diversion.

When a user has permission to List Client Diversion Records, the shared data fields that they can see are:

• Service Provider
• Date and Time
• Reason for Service
• Expected Diversion Destination
• Caseworker
• Status
• Next Scheduled Follow-Up
