Housekeeping introduction

We're wrapping up our whirlwind tour of the HIFIS 4 modules. We've covered the nuts and bolts, but by this time you might have one or two straggling needs that haven't been covered yet.

In this section, we're talking about some housekeeping functions. Things like tracking appointments and waiting lists. They're probably not going to be the core of the business at any partner agency, but sometimes an agency wants to be able to switch entirely from their old system(s) to HIFIS 4 and they say that they really can't do it if some specific need can't be met.
