You’re embarking on a big journey. Implementing a new data system for all of your homelessness services is no small feat! But there’s good news: you’re not alone. Not only are there other communities that are embarking on the same journey as you (maybe even some in this course!), but you will also be working with other people within your own community to make this thing happen.

This week, your task is to put together a HIFIS 4 Implementation Project Team. These will be the people you’ll be working with most closely over the coming months to make this HIFIS project a reality. You’ll need some people with specialized skills… like a superhero team! So get ready...
