This is a great training video that the Region of Waterloo created and uses to explain privacy and consent related to HIFIS.
What we like about it is its simplicity and clarity. Consent is a tricky topic. But it's important to find a way to clearly communicate the important ideas to all staff, so they can communicate them to all clients.
