Last week, you laid out your data requirements. You probably identified some data holes and noticed some gaps you now need to fill.
One of the ways that we can fill those holes is through the use of the HIFIS concept: Programs. Note that a HIFIS 4 Program most likely means something quite different from what you assume, so be sure to pay attention to this week's lessons so you can make informed choices while setting up your Programs.
In a nutshell, Programs are a way for you to sort and categorize similar services. For example, you have two case files and one is a "Rapid Re-Housing" case file and the other is a "Housing First" case file. You would use the Programs field to differentiate between the two.
