This report includes all active Beds that are in active Rooms, belonging to the selected Service Provider, or at Motels and Referred by the selected Service Provider. Then, for each Bed, displays the resident that is/was staying in that Bed at 4:00am on the selected Date. This includes clients that have since booked out, and clients that are still booked in. Note that if running this for some time in the past, and there was a client booked in to a bed that is currently inactive, that client’s stay will not be displayed (because the bed is not included in this report).
